Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

1. About these terms

  • These terms are an agreement between you and E-NJIZA. They cover the injiza.com website and the E-NJIZA mobile apps (the "Service").
  • By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you register for a business or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date. We may ask for verification documents at any time, and some features stay locked until verification is complete.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away at support@injiza.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

E-NJIZA has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not post, send or promote anything, in profiles, campaigns, channels, chat or anywhere else on the Service, that:

  • harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone, or is hateful or discriminatory towards a person or group;
  • is sexually explicit, pornographic or exploitative, or involves minors in any inappropriate way;
  • is violent, graphic, or encourages self-harm, terrorism or other illegal activity;
  • is spam, a scam, misleading advertising, or impersonates another person or business;
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • contains malware, or attempts to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use.

4. Reporting, blocking and moderation

  • You can report any user from their profile or from a conversation (⋯ → Report user). You can also block a user, which hides their messages and conversations and stops them from messaging you.
  • We review reports within 24 hours. If content or behaviour breaks these terms, we remove the content and may suspend or permanently remove the user who posted it.
  • We may review, refuse or remove any content, and suspend any account, that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law. We may do this without notice where safety requires it.

5. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the content you post. You give E-NJIZA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it, only to operate and promote the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users already received (such as messages).
  • You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights needed to share it.

6. Campaigns, ad requests and deliverables

  • Businesses must fund campaigns and paid ad requests before they go live, and must keep budgets sufficient for the payouts they promise.
  • Publishers must deliver what they agreed to, and publish honest, clearly disclosed advertising that follows applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.
  • E-NJIZA provides the marketplace. It is not a party to the agreement between a business and a publisher, and does not guarantee campaign results.

7. Payments, fees and payouts

  • Deposits and marketplace payments are made by mobile money or bank transfer and credited once an administrator confirms the transfer. Applicable platform fees are shown before you pay.
  • Payments on E-NJIZA are for real-world advertising services, not for digital content or features inside the app.
  • We release earnings and process withdrawals after validating performance and running fraud checks. Earnings obtained through fraud, fake clicks or policy violations may be withheld or reversed.
  • If a business and a publisher disagree about a delivery, either can open a dispute. An administrator reviews the evidence and decides the outcome, and funds may be held during the review.

8. Suspension, termination and account deletion

  • We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, spam, abuse or other breaches of these terms. Balances may be held while we investigate.
  • You can delete your account at any time, in the app under Account → Delete account or on the web under Settings → Delete Account. Withdraw any available balance first, because money left in a deleted account cannot be recovered. See our Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what is kept.
  • Obligations that already exist, such as completing paid work or settling disputes, continue after closure.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it secure and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • To the extent the law allows, E-NJIZA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the content or conduct of other users. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. App stores

  • If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and E-NJIZA only, not Apple or Google. E-NJIZA alone is responsible for the app, its content, support and maintenance, and for handling any claims about it.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You must also follow the app store's own usage rules.

11. Changes and governing law

  • We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and disputes are subject to the courts of Rwanda.
