Delete your E-NJIZA account

You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately.

In the E-NJIZA app

  1. Open the Account tab.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm with your password.

On the web

  1. Sign in at injiza.com.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm with your password.

What is deleted

  • Name, photo, bio, phone number and social media links
  • Verification documents and saved payment methods
  • Notifications and all signed-in sessions
  • Channels, packages and active campaigns, which are taken down

What is kept

  • Payment, earning and commission records, with personal details removed, kept as long as accounting and tax law require
  • Messages you sent, which remain visible to their recipients

Before you delete

  • Withdraw any available balance — money left in the account is lost.
  • Finish or resolve paid ad requests and disputes, and wait for pending transactions to clear.
Can't sign in? Email support@injiza.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
